When you stop blog­ging either you’re life is bor­ing or there’s a lot hap­pen­ing. This year has been great; lots of things on the per­sonal front. I’m going to fast for­ward to what hap­pened last week­end where I was a part of the crew for a short film (as a script writer and 2^nd assis­tant direc­tor). It was an incred­i­ble expe­ri­ence to see a story come out from and idea to vision, from a script to plan­ning and finally, to see it on work­ing all together on the sets.

Film-making is far more tech­ni­cal than I orig­i­nally thought. Cin­e­matog­ra­phy, Light­ing, Con­tin­u­a­tion, angle of sub­jects, sound engi­neer­ing, edit­ing, and so many finer details of the art. Too much.
